There are certain requirements you must meet to join a Masonic Lodge:
- Gender: You must be a man. We are a fraternal oder, but there is other masonic orders that accept women as well.
- Age: You must be of lawful age, which is 18 in Saskatchewan
- Belief: You must profess a belief in a Supreme Being (any recognized religion, or spiritual system is accepted)
- Character: You must have good morals, a clear reputation, and seek to join of your own free will without any outside coercion (thus the lack of recuitment and the need for you to approach us).
Step by step Process:
- Use the form below to contact our Lodge Secretary, or via our social media on Facebook and Instagram and expres your interest
- Fill out an application which will be provided by a lodge member
- Socialize, if you know a member of the lodge this may be skipped, but if you are new to the craft members would love the chance to meet you. You may be invited to coffee or a lodge event to get to know you and discuss your interest and motivations.
- Your application will be submitted in lodge and a board of investigation will be appointed to meet with you. This sounds very formal, but it is simply a visit by a couple of experienced masons who will formally ask you the requisite questions and ensure that our values align.
- Once the board of investigation returns a favourable report the members of the lodge will vote on the application in Lodge.
- The final step is to organize your Initiation.
The entire process from start to finish takes from 2-6 months depending on the time of year and scheduling.
